Residential Rental Association of PEI
The Residential Rental Association of PEI (RRAP) is the voice of rental housing providers on Prince Edward Island.
Our community of landlords provides housing to over 10,000 Islanders and their families across the island. We are committed to representing the interests of rental housing providers in discussions with the government, ensuring fair and balanced legislation.
Our mission extends beyond advocacy, as we ensure that the challenges and perspectives of rental housing providers are heard and acknowledged by government, media, and other stakeholders. We also provide our members with educational resources, seminars, and supplier discounts.
Our vision is to foster a healthy rental market that provides Islanders with access to safe, appropriate, and diverse housing options, meeting the needs of all residents of Prince Edward Island.
